Qué es Primitive

Una herramienta de dibujo con pinceles de material que funciona en el navegador. La ofrece [TITULAR: nombre y apellidos o razón social] (ver Aviso legal).

Uso gratuito

Puedes usar Primitive gratis. La primera vez que descargas desde un navegador te pedimos un email (ver Privacidad); al descargar aceptas estas condiciones. Algunas funciones pueden quedar reservadas al Juego completo.

Lo que dibujas

Las imágenes que creas con Primitive son tuyas. Puedes usarlas en trabajos personales y comerciales (pósters, portadas, marcas, campañas) sin citarnos. Si partes de una plantilla, el resultado también es tuyo.

Lo que no se puede hacer

• Revender, copiar o redistribuir la herramienta, sus pinceles o sus plantillas como tales.
• Intentar saltarse el sistema de claves o compartir una clave fuera de tus dispositivos.
• Usar Primitive para algo ilegal o de forma que sature el servicio.

Juego completo

Todavía no está a la venta. Cuando lo esté:

• Es un pago único. El precio, con IVA incluido, es el que se muestra al comprar.
• El pago lo gestiona una plataforma externa que vende en nuestro nombre (merchant of record). Sus condiciones de compra también se aplican.
• Recibes por email una clave que activa el Juego completo en hasta 3 dispositivos tuyos. La licencia es personal y no se puede transferir.
• Incluye las actualizaciones y los pinceles nuevos que publiquemos.

Desistimiento y devoluciones

El Juego completo es contenido digital que recibes al momento. Si al comprar aceptas expresamente recibirlo de inmediato, pierdes el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días (art. 103.m de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

Aun así, si Primitive no funciona en tu dispositivo, escríbenos en los 14 días siguientes a la compra y te devolvemos el dinero.

Disponibilidad

Primitive funciona en navegadores actuales. Lo mejoramos a menudo, así que puede cambiar. Intentamos que esté siempre disponible, pero puede haber cortes.

Responsabilidad

Primitive se ofrece tal como es. Tu dibujo en curso vive en tu navegador y se pierde si borras sus datos: descarga lo que te importe. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te da la ley como consumidor.

Cambios

Si cambiamos estas condiciones lo diremos aquí, con la fecha actualizada. Los cambios no afectan a compras ya hechas.

Ley aplicable y contacto

Se aplica la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas los derechos que te da la ley de tu país de residencia. Contacto: [email protected].

What Primitive is

A drawing tool with material brushes that runs in the browser. It's offered by [OWNER: full name or company name] (see Legal notice).

Free use

You can use Primitive for free. The first time you download in a browser we ask for an email (see Privacy); by downloading you accept these terms. Some features may be reserved for the Full set.

What you draw

The images you make with Primitive are yours. You can use them in personal and commercial work (posters, covers, brands, campaigns) without crediting us. If you start from a template, the result is yours too.

What you can't do

• Resell, copy or redistribute the tool, its brushes or its templates as such.
• Try to get around the key system, or share a key beyond your own devices.
• Use Primitive for anything illegal, or in a way that overloads the service.

Full set

It isn't on sale yet. When it is:

• It's a one-time payment. The price, VAT included, is the one shown at checkout.
• Payment is handled by an external platform that sells on our behalf (merchant of record). Its terms of sale apply too.
• You get a key by email that unlocks the Full set on up to 3 of your devices. The licence is personal and can't be transferred.
• It includes the updates and new brushes we release.

Withdrawal and refunds

The Full set is digital content delivered immediately. If at checkout you expressly agree to receive it straight away, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law).

Even so, if Primitive doesn't work on your device, write to us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

Availability

Primitive runs in current browsers. We improve it often, so it may change. We try to keep it available, but there may be interruptions.

Liability

Primitive is provided as it is. Your drawing in progress lives in your browser and is lost if you clear its data, so download what matters to you. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll say so here and update the date. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
